Book group

Tallgrass Pickin’

Stained glass

McCoy featured in magazine

The latest issue of American Indian Art Magazine features an article about Cheyenne and Lakota imagery written by Ron McCoy, professor of history and Roe R. Cross Distinguished Professor at Emporia State University. The article is entitled “When the Spirits Came: The Dragonfly in Cheyenne and Lakota Belilef and Art.”

Manhattan Transfer comes to Wichita

Grammy Award winners, The Manhattan Transfer, will play the historic Orpheum Theatre in Wichita at 8 p.m. Aug. 4.
