The Girl Scouts are inviting all girls ages 5 to 17 to take their dad bowling during the Dad-Daughter Bowling 2007 event from 2 to 4 p.m. July 22 at the Flint Hills Lanes. Girls and their dads (or adopted adult male relative) will have unlimited bowling.
Girls in first through sixth grades are invited to the Sports Extravaganza from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 28 at the Lee Beran Recreation Center. They will play bolo, monster ball, racquet ball, walley ball and much more. Lunch will be provided. Space is limited, so early registration is suggested.
