Honor roll
These students have been placed on the honor rolls at Neosho Rapids Junior High School for the third quarter of the school year. To be on the Principal’s Honor Roll, a student must have all A’s; High Honor Roll, a student may have one B and the rest A’s; and to be on the Honor Roll, a student must have a grade point average of 3.0 to 3.75.

Gets scholarship
Jamie Campbell of Allen was one of 43 Missouri Western State University incoming freshmen awarded the Golden Griffon Scholarship for the 2007-2008 academic year. This award provides outstanding students with a scholarship valued at up to $9,500 each year and pays full tuition and room and board. Recipients must participate in the honors program, live in the residence halls and maintain a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA for renewal.
