jasper007 (anonymous) says...

EPD received over 100 calls for fireworks, but only 3 citations. It's the same thing every year. Fireworks everywhere, even the city display at the fairgrounds. How much money could the city make by busting these CRIMINALS? I say criminals, because they are breaking the law. Come on Emporia. Enforce the laws or get rid of the laws!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe next year we can all watch our property burn. What will the city do then??????????????
