ESU drops second game in a week to Bearcats

Donta Watson had 19 points, while Wes Book had 15 for ESU.
The Hornets used a 12-0 run to take a 26-14 first-quarter lead.
Consecutive 3-pointers by Watson gave ESU its largest lead at 40-25 with 13:49 left in the game, but Northwest responded with an 10-0 run to cut the deficit to five with 11:48 remaining.
John Hawkins hit a three to tie it at 51 with 4:06 left.
Northwest used six straight points off free throws to build a four-point lead.
ESU had the ball down 60-58 with 45 seconds to play, but Book's pass was tipped away and Northwest came up with the steal.
Hawkins hit two free throws to put the game out of reach.
