Madison’s one-two punch of Shelby Buster and Morgan Stout was too much for Hamilton Friday night, as the Lady Bulldogs won, 59-30.
Buster and Stout, both freshmen, contributed 18 points apiece. Buster added 10 rebounds, while Stout had five steals.
Madison led, 23-14, at the half before taking control late. The Lady Bulldogs went on a 19-4 run in the fourth quarter to secure the victory.
Jessie Coe paced Hamilton with eight points.

Olathe Christian girls 45, Hartford 34
Leah Cotton and Amy Green combined for 41 of Olathe Christian’s 45 points in the Lady Warriors’ 11-point victory over Hartford.
Cotton scored 23 — including 17 in the first half — to pace Olathe Christian.
Green did most of her damage in the second half, putting in 12 of her 18 points after the break.
Stephanie Dall and Amy Bolen led the Lady Jaguars with 10 points each.
Olathe Christian had only three players score in the game.

The Southern Coffey County girls rallied from a seven-point halftime deficit to defeat Lebo, 54-49, on Friday night in Lebo.
Trailing, 38-33, entering the fourth quarter, SCC completed the comeback with the help of Shelby Birk.
Though she hadn’t scored entering the period, Birk took over with 10 of SCC’s first 12 points in the final quarter to lead the Lady Titans on a 21-11 run to end the game.
Casie Combs led SCC with 15 points, while Kaitlin Meyer added 10.
Morgan Laflin paced Lebo, scoring 15 points. Lauren Schlesener and Nickole Presley each scored 10 points.

Osage City girls 46, Council Grove 41
The Osage City Lady Indians upended the Council Grove Lady Braves Friday night, 46-41.
Entering the fourth quarter, Osage City held a slim 33-31 lead, however, the Lady Indians outscored Council Grove 13-10 in the fourth quarter to secure the victory.
Osage City’s Katie Buenger led all scorers with 19 points.
The Lady Braves’ Allison Scott contributed 17 points.
