On dean’s list
Lindsey Ewy of Neosho Rapids has qualified for the dean’s list of the College of Business Administration for the fall 2006 semester at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. Ewy also has been selected as a member of Honors Ambassadors.
Ewy graduated from Hartford High School and is a Freshman at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. She is the daughter of Becky and Charles Ewy of Neosho Rapids.
Honor roll at Beloit
Robert Gehring of Allen was named to the First Honor Roll for 2006 fall semester at North Kansas Technical College in Beloit. Gehring is in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning department.
50-hour award
Vicki Crosby of Osage City recently earned an award for logging 50 hours in the American Quarter Horse Association Horseback Riding Program. The program recognizes and rewards AQHA members for time spent with their American Quarter Horses in activities such as trail rides, working cattle, pleasure driving, and simply riding.
