“Friday Thoughts” is a light-hearted commentary.
LAST WEEK, we were in Florida. We returned to Kansas on the day of the devastating tornado in central Florida.
Soon after we got back, people were inquiring if we had survived the storm.
Surviving the storm was not the problem. I was more concerned whether we were going to survive the fight between our two daughters about which one was going to get to sit by the window on the airplane.
