The Emporia Gazette and law enforcement officials are asking for assistance in locating Guillermo Peralta Vasquez, also known as Jaime Lopez-Hernandez, Roberto Gonzalez, Arturo Gonzales and Guillermo Gonzales. is being sought for warrants on contempt of court, domestic violence battery, theft, obstruct of legal process, suspended/revoked drivers license, illegal tag, no drivers license, open container, improper turn, stop light violation and no proof of insurance. Vasquez, 39, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Do not try to apprehend him.
