Q Under what names does Tyson sell its beef and in what stores?
A “Most of the beef produced by the Emporia plant is shipped to retailers and food service customers who further process and prepare it for sale to the consumer,” said Gary Mickelson, Tyson spokesman.
“In other words, it is not typically sold under a brand name. Our company sells beef to most major retail and food service companies throughout the country.”
