Emporia Public Library is offering free computer classes on keeping home computers safe “from spyware, Trojans, identity theft and viruses,” according to a news release.
Adam Ziesmer, technology specialist at the Emporia Public Library, will present the class from 2 to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the Flint Hills Technical College Library.
To register call 340-6462. Registration is preferred, but not required. The class is part of a series, Resources for Living at Our Libraries, offered monthly in cooperation with Emporia area libraries.
