Neosho Rapids open house

The Neosho Rapids Elementary School annual Open House will be at 6 p.m. Monday. The PTO will serve a Sloppy Joe Supper beginning at 6:30 p.m. The menu includes a sloppy joe, chips, a cookie and beverage for $4. Proceeds from the supper will be used to purchase items for the school. School spirit items also will be available to purchase.
