BOW gives women the chance to learn a variety of outdoor skills, from hunting and archery, to fishing and float tubing, to rappelling and wild game cooking. This year will be no different, with more than 35 classes to choose from.
If the classes aren’t enough, participants can try their hand at knot tying, test their shooting skills with a laser system or go for the Coleman BOW Games during some of the mini-sessions. And the fun doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. What outdoor experience would be complete without star gazing and campfires?
BOW is an educational opportunity that teaches hands-on outdoor skills to adult women in a safe and supportive atmosphere. BOW workshops are designed specifically for women who are beginners, so no experience is necessary.
BOW provides the equipment and supplies. All participants need to bring is their enthusiasm. The cost is $180 for cabins or $175 for tent lodging.
