CORRECTION

A story on the new anchor at the All Veterans Memorial should have said the pedestal was designed by Schmidt Engineering. In addition, the ship was misidentified at the ceremony as the destroyer USS Perry. A member of the All Veterans Memorial Association has since said that the anchor was actually from the USS Oliver Hazard Perry, FFG-7. The ship was decommissioned in 1997 and scrapped in April 2006.
