Pedro Douglas Blando-Rizo was stabbed Sunday at 2721 Bel Aire Drive, the Emporia Police Department reported.
Rizo, whose condition isn’t available, was taken by ambulance to Newman Regional Health, said Detective Lisa Sage. The investigation into the incident is continuing. No suspects were listed.
