Tootsie Rolls for charity

The Knights of Columbus will be handing our Tootsie Rolls this weekend and accepting donations to help people with mental disabilities.

A news release said 80 percent of the money collected will be used locally by the organization. The remaining 20 percent will go to Kansas Special Olympics for the annual basketball tournament.
