Noon Rotary
Emporia Noon Rotary Club memebers were being encouraged to look for community projects, and take part in them. And they were being advised on how Rotary Foundation grant money can play a role. The speaker at the Noon Club Tuesday was Bill Kromer of Leavenworth, District 5710 foundation chairman.
Kromer encourages club members to look for projects, and be ready to be active in them. The Emporia Noon Club will be receiving grants they will match to help with a playground village in Peter Pan Park, and will also be distributing dictionaries for some Emporia school students.
