Lacey Breech, a senior at Flinthills High School, led the list of honorees on the All-Lyon County League volleyball team as the squad’s only unanimous selection, the league announced Tuesday.
The 5-foot-6 Breech was joined by fellow Flinthills senior Caley Onek on the first team.
Olpe received the most first-team selections with three, as senior Megan Cole and juniors Kylie Haag and Megan Woods were named first-teamers. Lyndon had two representative in juniors Krista Banzhaf and Stephanie Goetz, while Waverly’s Whitney Good rounded out the balloting on the first team.
Making the list as second-team selections were: Amy Bolen of Hartford, Cara Bolz of Lyndon, Rachel Clark of Marais des Cygnes Valley, Tayrn Curry of Madison, Kayla Krueger of Olpe, Nickole Presley of Lebo and Jamie Teal of Waverly.
Courtney Prather of Hartford and Deedra Baker of Flinthills were named honorable mention.
