Voters said no to a county administrator, despite the large number of financial experts that supported the measure. wow.
I hope someone starts a campaign to explain the issue better and bring this up for another vote.

I'm pretty pleased on how the elections turned out. Most of the people I was hoping for won (republicans included), The county commission questions got voted down, and most of the people that made Kansas a laughing stock are gone (Phill Kline and the conservative school board, now if we can just vote Fred Phelps off the state).
As a Democrat, I have an odd feeling. I don't remember the last time an election both nationally and locally turned out the way I was wanting. I can't discribe this emotion. Could it be hope?
