Emporia School District
Reports on a district audit, summer-school food service program and migrant services are among items on the agenda Wednesday evening when the Emporia board of education meets at 7 p.m. in the Mary Herbert Education Center, 1700 West Seventh Ave.
The board also will discuss approval of a policy revision, voluntary early retirement incentive, and legislative issues of the Kansas Association of School Boards.
The consent agenda includes numerous staff appointments and resignations, a contract for the Young Writers Conference, a request to sell surplus technology items on eBay, and an agreement with Kansas State University for Project DESTINY.
Emporia Public Library
The Emporia Public Library board will meet at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday in the large meeting room of the Emporia Public Library. Items on the agenda include:
