Church of Christ and Christian Student Center

The Emporia Church of Christ and Christian Student Center will be hosts for a “Fall Harvest” meeting Saturday and Sunday. There will be three sessions from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday with the final session focusing on college age youth from 5 to 6 p.m. Sunday begins with a Bible study at 9:30 a.m. and worship and “wrap-up” session from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The speakers for the meeting will be Randy and Cecil Harris from Abilene Christian College in Texas.

All events and activities are open and the public is invited to attend.

Americus Southern

Baptist

Americus Southern Baptist Church meets for worship at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, after Sunday school for all ages at 9:30 a.m. Nursery care is available. The evening service begins at 5:30 p.m.

- Wednesday: Video Bible study begins at 6:15 p.m.

The Fall Festival is from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the church.

The congregation of the Olpe United Methodist Church is inviting members, former members, friends and neighbors to attend the celebration of the church Homecoming on Sunday, beginning with Sunday school at 10 a.m., morning worship at 11 a.m., a covered-dish dinner at noon and a program at 1:15 p.m. The afternoon program will feature Benny Holtsclaw, a country-gospel entertainer.
