Emporia Main Street's first incubator business opened on Friday.

Kaila Mock opened Trox Gallery and Gifts at 729 Commercial Street. The gallery showcases and sells local and regional artists' work. There are works in ceramic, prints, glass, photography, jewelry and many other different mediums.

The gallery is displayed beautifully with an ease of movement for patrons.

I love this! Mr. Troxell is someone I think of often, even after 26 years. The interest he took in my art and the direction he gave me in high school shaped my entire life. I would not have the career I do without him. I have always wanted to thank him.
