Description: Join Evelyne O’Connor, owner of the European Bakeshop in Hartford, KS, as she shares her expertise on sweet and savory tarts. Participants will learn to use puff pastry to create apricot or apple tarts, napoleons and a savory tart with parmesan, tomato and goat cheese. Sample each delicious tart as you go!
