Description: This introductory class is designed to help the beginning photo-editing student learn basic image editing, various Photoshop tools and how to use layers. This class will almost entirely consist of hands-on Photoshop editing, from opening a document to a professional-looking finished product. We will cover opening, cropping, “save as” command, auto contrast/color and other enhancement styles as well as several of the ways in which Photoshop can be used to make creative, original compositions. You will also learn some shortcuts that will make the editing process quicker. During second class, we will practice portrait editing, black and white with spot color, cutting objects/people out of pictures, working with vignettes, and other special effects. Monday & Wednesday evening. To enroll, please visit http://flinthills.augusoft.net/index.cfm?fuseaction=1010 or call Amy at 341-1392.
