Description: Learn to design your own Valentine's Day floral creations! Paula Roper will be demonstrating basic floral arranging as well as the care of cut flowers, tools needed for fresh flower arrangements and some flower identification. Floral arrangements will range from baskets to fresh flowers in a vase.
