Engagement: Schumann and Richard
Randy and Sandra Heins and Daniel and Donna Schumann and Chris and Donna Lowry, all of Emporia, announce the engagement of their children, Angela Dawn Schumann and William Travis Richard.
Schumann attends Barton County Community College and is the manager at Maurice’s in Manhattan.
Richard is studying for a degree in business and is a contractor for the U.S. Army at Fort Riley.
The couple plan to marry Sept. 17, 2009, at the Messiah Lutheran Church.
