Carl and Dorothy Lucy are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary today.
Dorothy I. Hitzeman and Carl L. Lucy were married Oct. 29, 1947, at St. Louis, Mo.
Carl Lucy retired from the Santa Fe Railroad after 37 years of service. Dorothy Lucy is a homemaker.
They Lucys have one daughter and three sons and daughters-in-law: Janice Burris of Emporia, Gary and JoAn Lucy of Port Orchard, Wash., Jim and Rhonda Lucy of Liberty, Mo., and Wayne and Shelly Lucy of Longmont, Colo. They have 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
