Anniversary: Clopton
William H. and Kay A. Clopton will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. at Oak Park Methodist Church in Bartlesville, Okla. (no gifts please). Both are graduates of Madison High School. Bill and Kay were married Dec. 9, 1956, at Madison United Methodist Church.
Bill served in the Army and then worked 36 years for Phillips Petroleum Company in Bartlesville.
Kay was a homemaker, raising three children — Theresa, Bill, and Michelle. They have five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
