John and Denise Lang of Cedar Point announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Leigh Lang, to Dustin Wayne Maddox, son of Dennis and Linda Maddox of Strong City. The couple plan to marry Sept. 23, 2006, at the United Methodist Church in Saffordville.
Engagement: Goodlove
Len and Jackie Diller of Americus announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Diller, to David Goodlove, son of Duane and Kim Goodlove of Burlington.
Diller graduated from Northern Heights High School and the American Academy of Cosmetology. She is the location manager for Beauty Brands Salon and Spa in Topeka.
Goodlove graduated from Lyndon High School and attended Pittsburg State University and Emporia State University, where the couple met in 2000. He is the manager of Buzzard’s Pizza in Lyndon.
The couple plan to marry Sept. 16, 2006, in Emporia.
Engagement: Snitker
Greg and Canda Johnson of Saffordville and Chip and Janet Edwards of Chapman announce the engagement of their children, Michelle Marie Johnson and Drew Walter Snitker. Snitker is also the son of the late Arlo Snitker.
Johnson graduated from Chase County High School and McPherson College with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. She works at Farm Bureau Financial services in Manhattan.
Snitker graduated from Chapman High School and McPherson College with an associates degree in Auto Restoration. He is a student at Kansas State University in Manhattan, where he is studying finance.
The couple plan to marry Sept. 23, 2006, at All Faiths Chapel in Manhattan.
