Michael and Tamra Irwin of Emporia are the parents of a daughter, Kylee Michelle Irwin, born April 6, 2008, at Newman Regional Health. Kylee has two sisters, Peyton Rylee Irwin and Janna Reese Irwin. Grandparents are Jack and Mary Chapman of Emporia, Chuck and Cathy Irwin of Trimble, Mo., and Carmen Santiago Rios of Kansas City, Mo. The great-grandparents are Esther Chapman and the late Ralph Chapman and the late Bernice Winter and the stepgrandfather, Ben Winter, all of Emporia.
