Drawings, paintings and photographs of the human form will be on display during April’s Emporia First Friday ArtWalk.

Prairie Dust Gallery will feature the Figure Arts Invitational in which artists will give interesting views of the human form in multiple mediums. In all, there are a record 19 venues taking part in this month’s event.

All Venues will be open from 5 – 9 p.m. and Passports can be picked up at any venue. Viewing the art and having a Passport stamped at the Presenting Venue plus seven Featured Venues (eight total) gets you entered into the Passport Drawing at the end of the night.

The prize drawing will take place at Mulready’s Pub at 9:30 p.m. (you do not need to be present to win). Visit for a map of the participating venues and special discounts each venue offers to Art Walkers.
